WHO WILL BE LISTED? Arts and crafts studio, shop, or gallery owners, historic lodgings & eateries, guest ranches & outfitters, historic & cultural tourism guides, etc. See below for Offical Site Criteria and Application.

WHY?
The Montana Preservation Alliance (MPA) with funding from the National Park Service will create Of Sage and Stone: A Guide to Southwest Montana's Rural Treasures. Modeled on the Hands of Harvest guide to craft and heritage sites in North Central Montana, this guidebook will feature 5 “loop tours” with driving itineraries, photos, descriptions and directions to artist studios, galleries, heritage attractions, guest ranches, historic lodgings, and annual heritage and culture events in Southwest Montana.

HOW MUCH?
The cost is $50 and includes a simple name/address listing in a brochure to be available in March 2008, as well as a 2-year listing in the bound guidebook to be available in December 2008. The guidebook listing will include your promotional text and one photograph (provided that space is available).

Update! The deadline has passed for inclusion in the brochure, but applications are still being accepted for inclusion in the guidebook. The deadline to apply is June 15, 2008. Take a peak at the map and brochure cover below.
