THE MONTANA PRESERVATION ALLIANCE OFFERS GRANTS FOR PRESERVING ENDANGERED INDUSTRIAL ARCHITECTURE

New program launches with $75,000 donation from JM Kaplan Fund

The Montana Preservation Alliance is pleased to announce new Endangered Properties grants, to assist with preserving Montana’s Industrial Architecture, some of the most important and threatened buildings and structures in our state. The J.M. Kaplan Fund of New York City has generously provided a grant to MPA to enable us to assist owners and community groups to restore and preserve the heritage of Montana’s industrial past. This summer, grants of $5,000 to $25,000 will be made to owners of historically-significant industrial buildings and structures to assist their being stabilized, repaired and preserved.

Those interested in applying for the grant should download the grant application and guidelines, as well as the supplemental information below.
