The Montana Preservation Alliance invites you on a self-guided tour inside some of the Queen City's famous, infamous, and totally overlooked historic buildings. See the Power Block basement and atrium, a private rooftop, back stage at the Shrine Temple, and Big Dorothy's bathroom.

Online & Paper Ticket Holders — Pick up your tour map at the Stonehouse in Reeder’s Alley (120 Reeder’s Alley), or The Montana Club, 6th & Fuller. Check-in opens at 4:00 pm. All other buildings open at 5 pm.

Will Call Tickets - If you reserved your tickets by phone or email, please pick up, pay, and get your map at the Stonehouse in Reeder’s Alley starting at 4 pm.

Three hours, 15 buildings, no docents! Grab your map on Nov. 14 and head out to discover parts of Helena you’ve never been able to see before. From the Windsor Ballroom and private historic homes, to the Power Block atrium and the stunning view from a townhouse rooftop. The tour also features history from Helena’s own Big Dorothy, whose spectacular black tile bathroom will be featured. Ticket holders pick up your map either at the Stonehouse near the top of Reeder’s Alley or at The Montana Club, both of which will be open for touring. Along the way stop at local eateries for deals and special treats from participating businesses and join us for light appetizers at the Montana Club Rathskeller.
