MPA Annual Historic Preservation
Excellence Awards

The Montana Preservation Alliance (MPA) presented its annual Preservation Excellence Awards on November 7, 2008 at the offices of Missoula’s A & E Architects. The awards were given during an evening ceremony concurrent with Missoula’s Fall Art Walk. MPA Executive Director, Chere Jiusto and MPA President, Jim McDonald presented the awards, which featured a slide show of striking images illustrating the high points of each of the outstanding preservation projects. A wide variety of people and projects were honored for their efforts to preserve and protect Montana’s architectural and cultural heritage.
